It was hard to unlock the lock when I got the password it took me 45 min to complete the whole things way longer than it should’ve then the box had the wrong key in it for a different truck

Simon LI was transferred to this location to help with training and was told i could save 10 cents per mile. Absolutely not worth it. Not only did it take about an hour for them to finish everything to get me the truck but i was also given a bunch of different times to return the truck, then finally in the end told to bring it back by 9:30PM and that they would check the cameras next day to make sure. The paperwork was all over the place they had to cancel my reservation, then change the check in time because they were taking too long and it was trying to charge me over $100 when i was only supposed to pay just over $30 plus miles. Then for the time to bring it back i asked what the latest i could bring it and was told 12AM. Then apparently the system was only allowing up to 11:45PM which i said would be perfect. Then a few minutes later told 6PM but that they would override to allow me to keep it till 9:30PM. Last time i went to the Florida Mall location (my original location of the reservation) it went so smoothly and I was told as long as i brought it before the next day when they open i would be perfectly fine. That helped relieve so much stress compared to this location that was so stress inducing and made us start our moving day so much later then originally planned. On top of everything there was a sign of $50 guarantee if it was not on time which is was not and we were told because of the system and that the reservation time was changed it was considered on time and we could not get that. Overall, the experience was disappointing and absolutely not worth saving 10 cents per gallon.
