Hello, my name is Thomas Crespo. I've picked up one of your u haul vans and made a reservation for 9:45 am. As I arrived at the pickup time. They had me wait for a little more then 1hr. I was very disappointed with your service. Due to waiting over an hour; I arrived to pickup my furniture items, and most of the items were gone because I didn't make it on time due to waiting so long.

quite frankly, I'm furious about what happened here. My teller told me that if I paid with a card it would apply a hold for the cost of the trip, "roughly $39 dollars" were the exact words used, so I put it on my debit card. She did not tell me that using debit would incur an $80 hold, so thanks to her I got hit with a $30 overdraft fee because of this hold. She was not informative, and when approached about this she was defensive and rude, and all in all ruined my faith in this location.

Staff are childish, manager walks around with his pants around his knees, truck was dirty when picked up. once returned I sat at the store for over an hour waiting for the U-Haul child to properly charge my card, which he did not. He charged two cards over 1400 dollars! Do you think the manager came out of the room to help me? Nope! but he I'm now on the phone with customer service which cant help me either, she needs to transfer me to credit card processing, which they are telling me the only people that can perform the refund is the store!!!!! I have to go back and talk to the children that messed this all up in the first place and hope they fix it!?! I will never use U-Haul again. Shawn Molina and the Manager at the store I went to need to find jobs with no customer interaction.

The staff have very poor customer service Do not disclose enough information Totally ignored clients and have them standing for hours struggling to complete or comprehend documents that with a little explanation could have gotten them out of there much quicker Their behavior stinks and I am trying hard not to smell discrimination here.

Gave me the oldest truck on the lot and was not cleaned inside cabin or back. Moving blankets were open and dolly was rolling around.

Be more organized. It took over 2 hours to get my trailer. In the end, I moved my jeep over to the trailers, and hooked it up myself. Only saw someone once it was already hooked up. I am confident had I not done that, I would have been there a few more hours. I saw some of the same people waiting when I returned the trailer 90 minutes later. It should not take longer to pick up the trailer then I need it for. Plus the lot was so full, it was difficult to maneuver.
