People and customer service were outstanding. Reservation pickup and drop off were easy and quick. But The truck was pulled guzzled gas more than any truck I've ever driven, and the mirrors even though could be adjusted as soon as you started moving reverted back into a position making it very dangerous for highway merging or backwards driving. I spent more in gas on this trip then I ever have on any truck. Overall it became too expensive due to the amount of gas I purchased. Had it been a newer or well-maintained truck it would have been five stars.
