The app and website were very difficult to navigate and the return took 30 minutes longer than it should have. Location was great but return was not great because of U-Haul app not location!

The person from store was very nice but the equipment wasn’t on good conditions. Lights bipping the whole time and the dashboard was showing 2 errors. Windshield with a small damage but it could be risk.
