The vehicle was good and the customer service representative who made the reservation was helpful. The representative at pick up was indifferent. When there was a huge issue with the contract verses the quoted agreement from U-Haul the individual was no help and did not seem to care about the discrepancy- to the point I almost cancelled the reservation. Had I not made so many plans around renting the vehicle to drive 900 miles home with my recently deceased mothers things I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. I called customer service, they adjusted the contract correctly and the local representative printed a receipt of the new details. Feeling so uncomfortable with the care, I tore the old contract in half to ensure I would not be billed later from the old contract. The drive home was good and the return location was helpful, the return process simple and efficient. I understand that the terms of my rental were of little concern to the local store, however they represent U-Haul. There are pleasant local reps that I have experienced and I know this one person might have been having a bad day or working in tough circumstances. Still left a sting in an already challenging time.

Horrible experience, returned uhaul same say day and for some reason after 10 days im getting a notice about it never being dropped off at the location . Whenni called and told em that i had videos and pictures of me returning the uhaul i was quickly sent the receipt. Knnthe receipt i was over charged by additional miles i never added , mind you i have photos and videos when i dropped it off showing the mileage and that everything i rented was returned.
ALEGAMDRO FGive more time for the trucks and better trucks and leave it clean not dirty and leave it at full tank and not with no gas and the battery was messed up out of nowhere

Angela KIn NY uhaul are in an independent location. I found out in other areas they are within various businesses. My rental went smoothly and I have no complaints about the equipment and the staff was friendly and professional
