Give more time for the trucks and better trucks and leave it clean not dirty and leave it at full tank and not with no gas and the battery was messed up out of nowhere

I would make it clear this is not a U-Haul location
Angela KIn NY uhaul are in an independent location. I found out in other areas they are within various businesses. My rental went smoothly and I have no complaints about the equipment and the staff was friendly and professional
Elisabeth CWas charged twice for the rental. I payed the up front amount and selected other payment method for the rest and it kicked me out. 3 weeks later they took it out of the same account but the full amount including the upfront payment again. It was $383 total including the upfront. I was charged $383 plus the $158 upfront
