In NY uhaul are in an independent location. I found out in other areas they are within various businesses. My rental went smoothly and I have no complaints about the equipment and the staff was friendly and professional

Was charged twice for the rental. I payed the up front amount and selected other payment method for the rest and it kicked me out. 3 weeks later they took it out of the same account but the full amount including the upfront payment again. It was $383 total including the upfront. I was charged $383 plus the $158 upfront
