The Uhaul started taking on water when it rained. I had boxes with water damage so bad the bottoms were falling out trying to move them off the truck

After an extremely stressful situation, they both showed genuine care, professionalism, patience, and empathy while assisting me. They did everything they could to help ease the issue and made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. Their kindness, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difficult experience much easier to handle. Esmeralda DThe equipment that I rented was supposed to be left in the truck but I had to go into the facility to get it. Also, I could not return the truck through the app, it kept locking up on me.
ERIC SThe app’s GPS check-in location is not correctly placed near the facility. It is currently set on the opposite end of the shopping center, near a gas station, which made it difficult to locate. I had to contact customer support, and the aerial view they provided was not very helpful. As a result, the process took much longer than expected to retrieve my vehicle. The representative did submit a ticket to have the GPS location updated, but it should be moved closer to the front of the building to avoid confusion for future customers.
