Drop off person was adamant that he wanted me to return to a different location. He was not even pleasant about it. I called the Erie site and they advised me to leave at contracted drop off spot or I could face penalty. I left keys in drop off. Then I was charged for missing equipment and a dirty truck. I was able to get in touch with Uhaul customer service and charges are being reversed. Delaney location is not recommended to deal with. Horrible/non existent customer service. He tried to intimidate me into taking truck to a different location. As a 56 yr old female, I did not feel safe with this encounter due to him raising his voice to me.

I am very frustrated. I turned in my uhaul a day early and now they have charged me for another week or so... after 5 differetrn calls, I am concered they did not get this right. I will NEVER do remote check in and drop off again... very sad as my first expereice was great (as I have rented before from uhaul). frustrated!!!
SAGE MI was charged for a dolly I never used. I would suggest making sure vendors are well equipped so customers don’t have overspend during hectic times

SCOTT BI had arranged to pick up the vehicle going through the counter. I go to the gas station counter and I was told to use the app. Upon returning the vehicle I was told to close out my transaction through the app. The following day I receive a text to call U-Haul in reference to my late return! I returned the vehicle in less than two hours of acquiring it. I had completed my return through the app. I was provided a code to return the key in the lock box and also uploaded the picture of the mileage and fuel gauge. I call and sit on hold for over 6 minutes before speaking with someone who after I explained the details they said they would call me back but never did. I did receive e-mail of the completed receipt.
