It took me 15 minutes to go through the process of checking in because the app would ask for a photo, I would provide the photo, then it would delete that photo and ask for it again. I tried to upload pictures of the condition of the truck at pick up but the button to confirm the images wouldn't do anything so I just gave up trying.
Sean G.The location wasn't really equipped to handle uHaul customers. It's a busy convenience store and they made me wait for them to serve every single customer, even those who came in after me, before they would assist me.
