There were a number of issues with my pick-up 1. U-Haul changed my location-it was further away and the opposite direction to where I was headed. Ended up with a $46 dollar taxi ride. 2. They did not have the supplies I requested causing me to have to purchase them elsewhere 3. I reported it to the drop off location, but the rolling door stuck, seat did not roll back up, and middle console "caulked" 4. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes because a van was parked in front of the truck so I could not leave 5. Though the attendant was very nice, the rental process was constantly interrupted by customers from the convenience store

Ordered 12 moving blankets with my truck and only was provided with 1 blanket and was charged for 12. Also was charged for a furniture dolly that wasn’t provided making my move a bit more difficult. And the clerk at the location was not friendly and not helpful at all.

CARLOS MSo far everything went smooth. Truck was clean pickup and drop off was smooth also.
Tarick RWhen I returned the truck to this location at 3:00pm, the person who took my return did not actually put the correct time of return and noted that I returned it at 8:00pm and also that it was short on fuel which was totally incorrect. I would never go to this location ever again. I felt that they are not a good fit for the great reputation that U-haul has. Please look into this location and correct their behavior. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
