CHERYL WUpon my check-in for my reservation, the U-Haul system was down so I had to sit around for a while, but finally the agent working just gave me the truck without really checking me in so I was charged for all sorts of things when it shouldn’t have been because there was no validation to say that I actually drove the miles I was charged or gas, etc..
