The guy at the pick up location was helpful in spite of the defective reservation system which placed me at a location 20 miles away when 4 uhaul locations were within 7 miles from me. The system screwed up my reservation time, and showed the wrong gas level on the truck i rented.
NIELS JI dropped off my uhaul after hours when nobody was there but they emailed me right away letting me know they received it . they are great
