I called to let them know there was marjuana joints in the back of the uhaul, they didnt care. I also mentiond that the cab smelled like cigerett smoke so bad i could barley drive it. And even with the no smoking signs in the uhaul they said "sorry not much we can do"

VICTOR GThe guy at the pick up location was helpful in spite of the defective reservation system which placed me at a location 20 miles away when 4 uhaul locations were within 7 miles from me. The system screwed up my reservation time, and showed the wrong gas level on the truck i rented.
