Staff helped clearing snow and ice off the truck on the coldest day of the year. The only issue was getting the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas, so that’s how I left it. You should require full tank return.

Grant WThe location had posted hours that they would be open but was closed. At least the UHaul app worked (first time of the day that it worked) to turn in the vehicle. Again, the location is not the problem. UHaul systems and apps are the problem.
