The associates working were awesome especially Rebecca. Even though the system was down she handled the rentawith ease.
Anthony DCMore Self Storage and the staff are excellent. The UHAUL process...which has NOTHING to do with CMore Storage, needs to be refined...it is cumbersome, not user friendly. I reserved 2.5 weeks in advance my truck and knowing that it was not going to be scheduled/reserved and where it would be until 6PM the evening before is UNACCEPTABLE!
