The location had posted hours that they would be open but was closed. At least the UHaul app worked (first time of the day that it worked) to turn in the vehicle. Again, the location is not the problem. UHaul systems and apps are the problem.

Anthony DCMore Self Storage and the staff are excellent. The UHAUL process...which has NOTHING to do with CMore Storage, needs to be refined...it is cumbersome, not user friendly. I reserved 2.5 weeks in advance my truck and knowing that it was not going to be scheduled/reserved and where it would be until 6PM the evening before is UNACCEPTABLE!
