I need to know why are you charging me depreciation and gas money both. Pay for the km and gas too. Why? So disingenuous to say its$20 and then add km which is fair but then gas and some B's $20 fees to make it $70. That's a huge diff. The store was great, so was the service, using U-Haul for small hauls, no thanks

OLIVE DI don't agree to the gas change. l put 8.6/L in and only drive 23km.i have pictures of the gas gage from drop off
ANDREW HThere was a Uhaul sign lying on the floor in the back of the van. We just had to move it to the front while putting items in the back. Otherwise, everything was great!
