The truck had broken glass inside. I was overcharged for mileage, and the gentlemen didnt even go over the invoice with me, just said he would do the billing when he had a change. Not happy with the service, the $39 and change for the milage was way over as I went from the plaza to 1428 Noel court to 20 whiting Ave both in oshawa and only 4.8 kil away then from 20 Whiting Ave back to plaza to drop truck off. Not exceptable. False advertisement.

Nitin AI need to know why are you charging me depreciation and gas money both. Pay for the km and gas too. Why? So disingenuous to say its$20 and then add km which is fair but then gas and some B's $20 fees to make it $70. That's a huge diff. The store was great, so was the service, using U-Haul for small hauls, no thanks
