The employee in the store was really nice. He asked me to be patient for the invoice as he was working alone. No issues whatsoever, solid guy and the van was in good shape. The Wilson and Taunton location not so much. I would go back to this location if I need a rental van again

SUJAL RProbably the worst place to rent U-Haul in south oshawa. I have always been picking my U-Haul from the munchies store at king and Thornton, but I don’t why U-Haul changed the location here on the day before the pick up, and boy worst experience ever. This guy working on the weekend was the most unprofessional customer service person I have ever seen. Highly recommend going for a different U-Haul location other than here.
