Pretty quick and easy, I don't see why people complain. I got the job done within 3 hours. Front counter was really helpful, truck was clean, moving was mad easy. Would definitely use U-Haul again.

Marc DThe employee in the store was really nice. He asked me to be patient for the invoice as he was working alone. No issues whatsoever, solid guy and the van was in good shape. The Wilson and Taunton location not so much. I would go back to this location if I need a rental van again
