The uhaul was covered in dog hair and dirty. They called me 3 days later saying that I hadn’t returned the vehicle, when It as returned 1.5 hours later, and they then said they hadn’t checked the lockbox and found the keys.
ROD BDid not explain anything about a text/email inspection of the truck. Did not even show me where it was.
Lisa LAttendant was well aware I was on my way without even calling ahead. They came out and greeted me as soon as I parked. The process was seamless. The attendant was friendly, respectful and efficient.
Depinder MI've always been greeted by the same person when I drop off. He has been very professional, polite and helpful.
