Cramped, hard to find a spot to park.
Anthony BPick up was great, drop off not so much. Drop off was difficult due to placement of other U-Haul vehicles and trailers on lot being in way. Had to leave vehicle in less than desirable location due to other moving vehicles being in way
Tyler WKeys were in a lockbox, U-Haul app and customer service said a person was supposed to be there to hand me the keys. Took almost an hour to get the truck and owner to share the lockbox code. Truck had material left in it that had to be removed. I was not the only customer there on Sunday that was having difficulties getting their reserved truck. This location should not be operating until U-Haul and Owner figure out why there are issues for reservations and obtaining keys.
Kelsey HIt was an abandoned place, nobody assisted me, just left the car and left.
