I always prefer to deal with Super-Tom (Tom Lam). He treats his customers very well and makes them feel appreciated. I return to this location because Super-Tom is the best to work with. What is most concerning is that I booked through Tom in person, and within hours, the corporate entity of U-Haul re-routed my reservation to their large corporate location in Kanata. This is a deceptive practice, and I hope that U-Haul will immediately stop doing this. This is another example of a large corporation trying to squeeze out the small operator. It is despicable. I encourage everyone to continue using Tom's location and take the time to enter his store and see the health food products that he offers.

Still unhappy about the 78 dollar charges after spending 280 for a 1.5 hour drive from kingston to ottawa.
