Need to abide by reservation and not send customer on a witch hunt to get equipment. Had to go to 3 different places over 100 miles from my original pick up location. Uhaul should have equipment at site design ated prior to customer pickup not expect them to travel around for equipment.

The roof had 2 leak areas that were never pointed out, and unknown to us. We did get some moisture damage because of it.
