Truck was dirty - needed to be washed. Inside was dusty. No one was at the location. I already added information for my rental when I first rented it App was difficult to navigate on my cell phone I had to renenter information more than once It would not allow me to input a cell phone number that was already on file It took time to get approval from the uhaul clerk when I finally was waiting for approval
