There was no one there at the drop off site. Was just a grass field with trailers in several different areas. Had to send photos to a number one the door to show you had dropped the equipment off.
CHRISTOPHER JThere was no one available here. I had to try and get it remotely worked out. It took an hour. Calling and texting people so that I could get my equipment. The truck was never cleaned and had glass bottles rolling around and bottlecaps on the floor. The vents were caked with some white stuff. The gas was half tank. The passenger side brake light was not working on the truck. The tires were not inflated properly so I had immense bounce in the truck. Overall I was completely frustrated with the experience.
