I could not be happier with the Oviedo U-Haul pick-up location. “Rock-Star” Becky was effectively running the busy operations alone, but still swiftly retrieved my truck and helped guide me through the smooth and easy check-in using my cell phone. The hand truck and furniture pads were available however, the furniture dolly was not. This was not a showstopper and this actually saved me money. Great experience –thank you!
