Do not charge customers and then have them do work that their employees should be doing like moving Vehicles off of car dollies that's not my job i mean this is crazy never experienced such unprofessionalism and then his daughter threatening to sue me because his leg he put underneath the the car I didn't do that I didn't put his leg under the car I'm not in charge this is the difference between an employee and a customer not cool

When I rented the trailer, I was sent to one location but they did not have a trailer there so I was told to go to another location and they would have one for me. When I got to my third location they didn’t have a trailer either. So I had to go home and wait until the next day and drive back to that location to pick it up. Three different trips to three locations to get the trailer, not very convenient
