This was the roughest ride in a Uhaul I have ever had. Does NOT ride like a van. There may be something wrong with the seat but after only 200 miles I had a significant back problem.

The woman that helped us was in the store alone and not as well trained to handle our transaction. It took way longer than we really had time for and I would not recommend this location for Uhaul business.
Kelly GAny and all issues were due in incompetent UHaul phone employees. Lady at pick up went above and beyond due to others didn’t do their job.
Carol CNo problems other than they had no dolly that I had requested when I booked the reservation. The movers I hired would have appreciated that. Also, had to get gas as the tank wasn’t full. Normally I thought rentals started out with a full tank.
