The clerks were very good, the unit had to be cleared of snow and was in an awkward parking spot - that could have been better as the weather has been extremely cold and snowy. Unit needs new windshield wipers but the clerk noted that. I would rent again without hesitation.

Ensure there is topped up windshield wiper fluid, sanitize surfaces like the steering wheel, either clear the snow off the top of the cab and the windshield or at least provide a broom large enough to do so - I had a huge chunk of ice come down on the windshield from the top near the end of my trip. It scared me and I was very lucky it did not smash the windshield or cause an accident behind me. One wiper blade flew off. The staff at this location may not go out and check vehicles between trips, nor had they shoveled between trucks so it was difficult to even get into, and I could not find the license plate until I cleared a great deal of snow off the back. There were no blankets included this time, either, which was disappointing. One of my items got scratched on the way home. All of that said, the staff are very helpful and congenial at this location.
DEBORAH DTerrible system had over 100$ of gas in the tank extra complete scam they refused to give any discount or anything for over filling the gas terrible company!!! Will never recommend this company!!
BECCA-LYN CThe person who did the rental for me did not listen carefully. I went in a day ahead to reserve for the next day. He did not listen, and I found out the next day when I went in to pick up the truck that I had been charged for the day previous even though I did not use the truck that day. There was a different person working the counter, and she claimed she could not reverse the charge. I ended up paying for an extra day because by the time I got back that night I was too exhausted to deal with it. Also, it is at a gas bar, so they would stop serving me whenever another customer came in to serve them. It took me a lot of extra time just waiting for other customers to be served, which was not ideal. The process is way too convoluted with having to use your cell phone, the Interac pinpad, their computer, back and forth out to the truck, etc.. You NEED to simplify/streamline it. Not to mention people like my parents who don't have a cell phone.
DEBORAH DWe were told that we couild drop off at another location no charge but that location said we had to pay $250.00. It was inconvenient and also expensive for us to return to the orifinal location.
