Too long to check in and out. As I have rented before (September) info should be be on file. Windshield interior very dirty. Heavy cigarette smell. I had same truck in September and it was fine.

Andrew BStaff is not well trained to handle the uhaul business. Check in very slow. The overall frustrating experience had to do with uhaul policies. Did not send photos of the truck soon enough and link expired and could reactivate it. Tank was only less than half full, filled it up and returned it with 3/4 of a tank. Could not be reimbursed for the additional fuel. The whole experience was frustrating and if another alternative to uhaul was available in Owen Sound, I would use it.
LINDA PThe only thing that made the experience good was the woman at the desk we spoke to, she was incredibly helpful to us. The truck was not swept out or cleaned out inside, and the parking lot we had to back out from was incredibly small and we almost hit the dumpsters as we had to back out. If this location is going to provide U-Haul services, there should be easier ways to get in and out for a 20ft truck.
