Truck was below 1/2 tank when I got it, brought it back with same and got charged $20, truck was in rough shape and had a severe vibration above 45mph

This rental was a textbook example of excellent service. It was the exact opposite of a lousy experience I had a few years ago at a U-Haul in Brantford, Ontario. I told the guy who signed the truck back in that making the reservation, getting the truck, operating it and returning it were all fine experiences, so I would award five stars.

JOANNA EGetting the uhaul took the guy almost a half an hour...I was not impressed with the amount of time it took. Secondly...the sliding door was very hard to close, it took two men pushing down to lock it. Not using uhaul again.
