get your franchises to get there crap together i waited for a hour today because they couldn’t find the key and had to suggest maybe checking drop box and then they checked and there they were but a whole hour wasted of my morning

Excellent staff, very attentive,
Denis LThe attendant was useless, he was very hard to understand and did not know what he was doing. When I returned the truck he encountered problems and his solution after texting ihaul and not being able to resolve it was to have me come back at noon which was two hours away. Someone came into rent a truck and this is what he told them. The truck itself I could barely open the rolling door at the back. I have rented several trucks like this in the past and they were never that hard to open.
Stefan Sthe sliding door to the back of the truck was so hard to open and closed. the vehicle was clean but quite rusty. The location staff were helpful and polite but there's not much room to park the trucks
ERIN TTruck should of had a full tank of gas not a quarter full.
