Office was great and the truck did what it needed to do. The front tires were too worn down. The truck slid all over the place on a light coating of snow.

The driver’s window seal was open so there was wind noise. The right rear view mirror was loose and would shift out of alignment while driving. Most of all, I ordered a 10 pack of furniture pads that were not in the vehicle. As the office was closed, there was no way to get them so I had to make other arrangements. They were a critical part of this vehicle order and UHaul let me down.
