GREGORY TThe windshield was cracked and filthy with bugs ! I believe a rental that cost over $700 should not come with the danger of a busted windshield. I think I should be refunded due to the inconvenience!!
JOSEPH SI arrived shortly before 4pm and they were closed. I called their number and I was told just to drop the trailer behind the office, take a picture and text it to the cell number I was sent. The next morning I had to follow up to see if they found the trailer and confirm it was ok. Little challenging. Glad I did not have a bigger trailer to unload by myself.
