No one was there and they had a sign that said out to lunch. I dropped the trailer off and went back in an hour and they wasn't back so I waited for 2 1/2 hours and they hadn't got back so my wife called the uhaul company to find out what to do. They should have a phone number where someone could be reached at all time.

This man had beer bottles everywhere, piles of tools very messy and dirty. Impossible to get a person on the phone. I will never use him again

It took me about two hours to rent a trailer. It should have been a five minute job, but the guy has such an old computer he could not make the uhaul program work. He literally tried over an hour then restarted his computer, it was a nightmare. I had people waiting for me at the pick up point, they had to leave before I got the trailer completely packed. It was a terrible experience and the man there should not be allowed to be a uhaul representative. Finally after an hour and a half he called the uhaul number and we rented / paid it over the phone. I did not even get a receipt. Then he made me buy a used receiver. Unacceptable. I was so upset I was crying after an hour. Begging him to call uhaul or please tell me somewhere in the area to rent the trailer without having to wait forever. As we were driving to the pick up point I saw a uhaul dealer about a mile away. They had a trailer the size I needed parked in their lot. Do not ever try to rent from Millers. I give his business a negative 1, a rating of a zero is too high for that place.

We had reserved a 5x8 one week in advance...got there and they had no trailer..something about regional manager was suppose go get in touch with me...they had to call and find me another trailer at a different location. I was on a tight schedule but they didn't even apologize!

I have no problem with the dropoff location. My issue remains mostly with uhaul itself giving me faulty equipment and then not reimbursing me for my troubles.

I used the drop box to return my truck so I did not get to me the gentleman who works there but when he contacted me later that day to close out my contract he was very helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to make sure I was all taken care of. Thank you!

Website shows business hours as 9-5 daily. No one at business when I arrived, called no answer. Had to call another location and have them call UHaul. UHaul contacted business owner and he came so I could pick up truck. I was not told that the business would be closed and that the owner was planning on meeting me there at the pick up time ( I arrived early). Once there, the owner was pleasant and easy to work with.

Well I ordered the Uhaul AND furniture pads. Needless to say they didn't have any furniture pads. So I had to go clear to Dothan, about 25 miles away, to get some. I was upset because I had set this reservation up about 2 weeks in advance and I still had to go to two different locations. I shouldn't have had to pay for the furniture pads if you ask me.

The owner was very nice and did all he could to accomodate us. He was a good man that tried to fix the truck over the one day period he had it. The problem was with the equipment- no AC and it broke down four times (flat tires, e-brake engaging while driving, drive axle breaking, etc.) on us. I lost a days worth of driving because of that piece of junk, had to wait 15 minutes to get through to an operator each time and also missed a job interview. I was so stressed with the truck that I didn't drive the final 300 miles to my destination. I dropped it off and rented a different truck. I would appreciate some kind of refund or compensation for all the trouble we endured. My experience was horrible and I will never use Uhaul again.
