Elisha PThere was a lugnut missing on one of the wheels.
Karl HThere is no parking and it is confusing as the drop off is at a shutdown location and you have to go across the street and find staff . Then go back across the street to drop off the equipment.
Robert MPut a sign up to show where the office is. Units are parked across the road from where office is located. Luckily someone else who just rented informed us.
