Put a sign up to show where the office is. Units are parked across the road from where office is located. Luckily someone else who just rented informed us.

The attendant was extremely rude, place was filthy, Uhaul gave me an exact address to drop the truck off and the attendant was telling me I had to park it elsewhere, got rude eith me when I said that Uhaul told me this address so that's where I am dropping the truck off to. He left the truck running and I had to shut it off, he then tried to say I left it lower in fuel than when I picked it up, saying he'd have to charge me, then tried to say he couldn't return it because the system was down despite showing dropped off on my end and claimed I'd have to wait for the final bill days later, giving him time to add KMs to the truck and try and charge me for that also. Thankfully I'll never have to use Uhaul again.
Chris AWhen I picked up the U-Haul, the inside of it was dirty and stinky, and I had to clean it out before use. besides that the experience was good and no other issues.

Rick lIt took me 45 minutes to dig out the trailer from the snow. Was stuck twice trying to get it out. Very disorganized lot. Trailer ended up having a flat and brakes locked up.

SEAN HThey are a new location so they were teaching processes to their staff. ***No place to put this info in the survey, but I want to note Adam Boughton who when above a beyond in transferring drop off from Hudson Bay Sask to The Pas MB. Saved more time than we lost on the Brandon -Portage run.
