I loved dealing with this office that is new to me. Very patient and helpful folks. My only complaint is the Uhaul app. I don't feel that it is user friendly. Frustration was high. I understand that it's tech, I use plenty that is very simple to use. The app is a miserable experience. You must have some basic information in order to be able to use it simply. Without that information, phew! I didn't know which truck was mine, I didn't know in order to use the app you must be at the truck. I tried to fill out the app the day before from home to be ready the next morning. Terrible app experience.
