Very new to this place but so far very happy with the unit and the quality staff
Michael NI accidentally left a bag of personal belongings behind the seat in the van. Personnel at this location found it and held onto it for me.
Thomas SUpon return, I was charged an extra $250.00 for "cleaning". I called, and they claimed I had urinated into the truck, which is an absolute insult ! It is their cleaning agent that left a smell in the truck at pick-up.
