The lady rep on the phone but not "the first one" the one who finalized the transaction, was "HORRIBLE." She was mean, impatient, and did not seem to like her job, she was so rude to me several times, even after I told her she was rude.

Make place of business better to reconize
Don WI want my money back! I'm calling tomorrow to make an official complaint. The check in took 2 hours and I was hung up on. It took so long by the time I got to where I was buying my car they sold it before I got there so it was for nothing. I will never use your company again! Hertz FROM NOW ON!
Michele LAs a person that doesn’t know how to go online to check out it was very hard for me to return this truck to the place I was thinking I would return the same way with a person not on my phone I had to call my daughter to come help me return this truck and had to pay more because it was pass the time every time I get a truck when I return it I do it with a person not on the phone so this will be my last time renting from you guys
Gretchen MThe truck was with worn wheels which produced us to have a blow tire and could be developed in an accident. I would never recommend this place to anyone… I hope the company changes their policies for more strict control of their units. Very bad quality service.
