I rented for a Few hours only as a one day one way trip @ 25 miles one way Should have been able to leave the truck at a location at end of destination instead of being made to return causing extra unnecessary mileage expense.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkCheck in process needs to be improved. When I brought the truck back on Monday it was trying to charge me for a whole extra day when I was only a few hours late. This was due to having to pull over in rain due to faulty windshield wiper. It asked if I agreed with the charges (I did not) but wouldn’t allow me to complete checkout unless I paid.
RICHARD VThe lady rep on the phone but not "the first one" the one who finalized the transaction, was "HORRIBLE." She was mean, impatient, and did not seem to like her job, she was so rude to me several times, even after I told her she was rude.

Don WI want my money back! I'm calling tomorrow to make an official complaint. The check in took 2 hours and I was hung up on. It took so long by the time I got to where I was buying my car they sold it before I got there so it was for nothing. I will never use your company again! Hertz FROM NOW ON!
