Drivers seat was sticky. When we went to pick up, we followed the app. We had to call the 800 number to get assistance. There was no place to pick up the key. Turns out they had to contact the owner, who left it on the back of the unlocked truck. We had no contact prior to pick up. We spent 30 minutes trying to get this done. The location lacks in many areas.
