We had a confirmed reservation in Flint TX for a 20' truck and an appliance dolly. They had given the dolly out, and their response was not acceptable, they just did not care. The Palestine, TX location had what we needed and were very good to work with. We will definately reccomend Jocelyns Rentals again, 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!!
