I had a problem on the return. The location to leave the vehicle on the drop off was closed and no where to drop off keys or vehicle. We called 800 number they told us to not return the vehicle because they could not find another location nearby that was open. We reached the place right at 6, it was closed, contacted your customer service, they assured us we would not be charged to drive it back to the same location we picked it up from. But, we were charged. Now, I am in dispute with your company. Very poor service, dangerous drop off location and no recommendation on where else to drop the vehicle off. I would like a manager from customer service to contact me please. One of the worst experiences of my life!
