I dropped the vehicle off here with a full tank. Mind you I took pictures and video of the fuel level the truck conditions and video of where I dropped it off at. Next day was charged $55 for fuel, had to waste more gas to drive all the way up there again to address the bill because none of the numbers worked on the invoice nor online. I got there talked to the lady at the desk had to show her proof then we looked in the truck again to show a full tank. She was like OMG that’s my fault I do that often and it was to early. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Thank God that wasn’t money I needed to survive off of most Americans live pay check to pay check u-haul do better.

ROMEO FI had a problem on the return. The location to leave the vehicle on the drop off was closed and no where to drop off keys or vehicle. We called 800 number they told us to not return the vehicle because they could not find another location nearby that was open. We reached the place right at 6, it was closed, contacted your customer service, they assured us we would not be charged to drive it back to the same location we picked it up from. But, we were charged. Now, I am in dispute with your company. Very poor service, dangerous drop off location and no recommendation on where else to drop the vehicle off. I would like a manager from customer service to contact me please. One of the worst experiences of my life!
HELEN TThe manager at the Palm Desert location was extremely helpful and friendly! She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent a vehicle!
