There were very friendly, happy staff who greeted me for the return of the U-haul truck. Check-out/return was super easy. The nice lady and nice gentleman were excellent :)

SONDRA BI dropped the vehicle off here with a full tank. Mind you I took pictures and video of the fuel level the truck conditions and video of where I dropped it off at. Next day was charged $55 for fuel, had to waste more gas to drive all the way up there again to address the bill because none of the numbers worked on the invoice nor online. I got there talked to the lady at the desk had to show her proof then we looked in the truck again to show a full tank. She was like OMG that’s my fault I do that often and it was to early. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Thank God that wasn’t money I needed to survive off of most Americans live pay check to pay check u-haul do better.
