It took about 30+ minutes to actually check out the truck because of poor cell reception. The store knew this issue and didn't offer wifi.

JOZSEF VLocation was 15 miles from my home. Very inconvenient. A different u-haul was only a half mile away and had many trucks. Why not take distance into consideration.
Richard VThe night shift worker took all the keys to their trucks to a different location, and I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring them.
Shann FOvercharged on mileage, receding empty tank, charged for fuel I didn’t have to put into truck. These people don’t speak English & none to check in truck. Horrible don’t do business here at this location.
