Apparently this is a new location. The staff was not very helpful. As I was checking in on my phone the staff was trying to manually do the same thing on a tablet. I was charged for insurance that I opted out of. The staff member pressed that I had received keys to the truck (from my phone) and I had not. Then proceeded to hold onto the keys and tell me the check in was not complete. I received the truck completely empty of gas. I drove across the street to get gas and even after putting over $30 in gas the line barely moved. The gas light never turned off. That’s crazy!!

Never was told it was a mobile pickup site when my pick up location was changes
JEFFREY WTook a half hour to check out.. i entered drivers license on app, but had to do the whole thing over again! It even made me take pics of truck even though i checked truck out at the counter! Employee was nice, but never sid a uhaul rental before! It was NOT good experience!
George MI returned the truck to a liquor store that was 10 miles away form my original drop off location. It was a strip mall that was no clear signage. The only way I know that it was a drop location was because there was another truck in the parking lot.
JONATHAN NIt took about 30+ minutes to actually check out the truck because of poor cell reception. The store knew this issue and didn't offer wifi.
