Disappointing Experience with U-Haul. Not the location. My pick-up location was changed three times, with the final site more than 40 miles round trip from my original choice. The reservation time was also adjusted without notice, and the company couldn’t confirm the availability of the dollies I ordered. Later, U-Haul changed my drop-off location and added a $30 mileage overage at return. The overall process was inconvenient and poorly coordinated.

We had reserved a box truck earlier and given a pickup location in the Desert Hot Springs area only to find the truck at a liquor store which for us was very unusual, and the truck was inoperable. Fortunately this place on Radio Road was great.
Donald GI was very pleased with my experience with U-Haul. Everyone was polite and courteous.
MARIA MVehicles are a bit old and make you unsure if they will make the trip. However, I had no issues with it.
