No lock box to drop off keys business is closed so I will miss my flight waiting for them to open no help when calling the helpline just told to wait. Now they are not open on time and I missed my uber since I closed my rental can’t take it to another location that’s open. This is a nightmare scenario wasting my time and money.Had to sit in a bad area in 90 degree heat waiting for the store to open and the staff was rude. Please discount me for my inconvenience and the fact you are putting me in danger.
