The process was quick and easy, the trailer was in excellent condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly, and returning the trailer was just as simple. MICHAEL JCustomer service is paramount, professional, curtious and knowledgeable representatives as well as maintained equipment area must. This is NOT WHAT I RECEIVED when I rented a truck on 10/4/25 at 5645 Ave. T in Palmdale. I experenced rude, unproffesional and intimadating behavior from the man at this business. The truck was Filthy inside, for which I have photos. I had to go back to my home before I could use it and wipe the seat and steering wheel down with bleach wipes. When I returned the truck the man at the business (owner) was completely unconcerned and unapologetic when I brought this to his attention. He was rude, unhelpful and in my opinion prejudice towards me and I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated at his business. This was a very unfortunate experience for me. Refused to provide me with a final receipt.
