I rent U-Haul trailers a minimum of once a month. This one was not swept out, the door wouldn't stay open on the trailer, but worse of all, I was lied to by the sales rep. I rented the trailer on July 3rd at 3:30pm, they stated that the buisness was closed on July 4th and they did not allow drop off on the 4th, and to return the unit the following morning of the 5th, no time, just the morning of the 5th. Upon returning the unit at 11:00am I was informed that I did not return the unit in time and was charged for a additional day. Had I been informed there was a time in the morning I needed to return it by, I would have made arrangements, or chosen a different rentals location with drop off after hours.
