This company falsely accuse customers of damaging their vehicles and charging incorrectly to steal their money and when confronted they act like they didn’t do anything and refuse to take your calls. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM BEING A UHAUL PARTNER. I have used UHaul for several years multiple times and I have NEVER had an issue until using this third party partner. Absolutely garbage and making a horrible reputation for UHaul.

ADALINE GI had an unbelievably good experience renting a truck and trailer to transport a classic car to DMV to get properly registered. The experience was so good, even after 2 hours at the DMV, I was still in a good mood. DMV forced me to unload the vehicle, and after taking care of business I had to reload it on site, but the trailer setup worked so well it was no big deal. Next time I need a trailer I'll definitely come here to get it.
