There was no one around to give me the keys or to talk to so I could get the keys. I had to call uhaul to help me, uhaul helped. I hope I don't have to go back here.

The truck had sand/dirt across the entire floor of cab. The back area had clumps of dog shit along with a ton of dirt and debris from previous rental. Even the ramp had same issue once we opened it up. Took nearly 2 hrs of cleaning the truck before we could even start putting our own things inside. I took photos to upload to uhaul but they didn’t seem concerned.

Stephen GThe truck I received had graffiti all over it.. outside AND inside. A very big F***you on the back door plus, the vehicle was very dirty.. had not been washed . It was the only vehicle there and I was very short on time. I could not look elsewhere for one. I was extremely embarrassed driving this vehicle.
