This is a weird review because: the drop off was fine. It was dark and they have exterior lights. What was a problem was the app. I thought I had logged it in using the app only to get a bill the next day for after-hours drop off ($20) and a cleaning charge ($15). I had to call U-Haul central and tell them I used the app. They "found" my attempt in the system and told me the software was buggy. They credited me the drop-off fee. When I told them about the cleanout, they found a photo from the last rental and said that the trailer looks just like that and credited me the cleaning fee as well. The local drop off people basically said, these are the fees, call U-Haul. Not helpful. So.... the location is fine, the process was not.

Chris PInform folks of ALL costs…plus I went a total of 90 miles. Topped off fuel…7 Gallons!!??..I certainly paid for previous rental fuel. That’s bullshit! But Meagan and Nate were great to work with. I paid a cleaning fee. I left inside as I received it.
steven ROld trailer and they told me less than 24 hours that I have to pick it up in another location. Totally unacceptable and very expensive!
