Curtis HI reserved a trailer in Springfield, Illinois, which was confirmed by Uhaul. Two days before my rental, they said I had to go to a location over an hour away to pick it up. When I reached out to Uhaul, I spoke with two managers. The first was very nice but she ended up transferring me to another manager who was incredibly rude and unapologetic to the fact that I had to drive so far. I have never spoken with someone so rude and abrupt, who kept interrupting me, and who finally got me to lose my temper. It was a horrible conversation and I can say that the woman I spoke to last was, in 60 years, the worst customer representative I haver EVER spoken with. She should be fired for the way she disrupted my attempts at humane conversation.
