Robert RTruck was ready, clean and was able to get on the road in a short period of time.
RICHARD WAll people I spoke with were super! However, some didn't fully explain the procedures fully. For example, the one-way rental location and day before reservation confirmation was not spelled out. This caused many calls and anxiety, needlessy. I do see the procedures need from U-Hauls perspective but, I might have chosen to go for a two way rental in order to bypass the last day confirmation nerves, had I been briefed fully at the time I reserved. :(
